This policy explains what Clear Cloud LLC (“Clear Cloud,” “we,” “us”) collects through clearcloudconsulting.com, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it. We keep this short and honest, and we collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Through the contact form, we collect the information you choose to send us: your name, email address, an optional company name, the topic you select, and the message you write. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not include any in your message.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

How it's handled

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a transactional email or form-delivery provider so we can reply. These providers process the message only to deliver it. If we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, it measures aggregate traffic and does not track you across other sites.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from spam and abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for this check, and we send your IP address with the verification request when supplied by our hosting platform. Resend processes contact messages for email delivery. Our hosting provider also processes request information, such as IP addresses, for operation and security.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics we use is configured to be cookieless where possible.

Data retention & your choices

We keep inquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence. You can ask us to access or delete the information you've sent at any time by emailing hello@clearcloudconsulting.com.
